Paul Dilworth in the 1990's for Warner Brothers, hand painting backgrounds, in the film 'Space Jam' for example. He also worked with local Oscar winning animator Richard Williams ( 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit') on his animated film called 'The Thief and the Cobbler.'
