Collection only

All works sold during Eye Feast are collected in person from the gallery. We do not offer postal delivery during this exhibition.

When to collect

You may collect your purchase any time during the gallery’s opening hours, up until the closing day of the exhibition (the closing date will be confirmed in your order email). Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a form of photo ID. Title to the work passes to you on collection.

If someone else is collecting for you

You may nominate another person to collect on your behalf. Please reply to your order confirmation email naming them, and ask them to bring their photo ID together with a copy of your order confirmation.

If you cannot collect before the show closes

If you are unable to collect before the close of the exhibition, please contact us at eyefeast@regentsparkgallery.com as soon as possible. We will agree a sensible solution with you — usually a short extension or, by exception, courier delivery arranged at cost. Works that are not collected within 30 days of the show closing and where we have had no contact from you may be returned to the artist, and no refund will be due.

Risk and insurance

Until you collect the work, it is held by us at our risk. From the moment of collection, the work is at your risk. We recommend you carry the work flat and avoid extremes of temperature and humidity during transport home.
