Regent’s Park Gallery Ltd — 17 Princess Road, London NW1 8JR
These terms apply to every sale you make on our website. Please read them before you order. By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by them.
1. Who we are
We are Regent’s Park Gallery Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16327110. Our registered office is 17 Princess Road, London NW1 8JR. You can reach us by email at eyefeast@regentsparkgallery.com.
We are not currently registered for VAT. Prices on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
2. Definitions
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Regent’s Park Gallery Ltd. "You" and "your" mean the person placing an order with us. "Work" or "artwork" means any original artwork, edition or related item listed for sale on our website.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to buy the artwork. We will email you to confirm we have received your order. Our acceptance of your order — and the formation of a binding contract between us — happens only when we send you a separate email confirming we have accepted the order. We may refuse any order at our discretion, for example if a work has just been sold in the gallery, if it is unavailable, or if there has been an obvious pricing error.
4. Price and payment
The price of each work is shown on its product page in pounds sterling, inclusive of any applicable taxes. We accept payment through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order. If we cannot accept your order, your payment will be refunded in full.
5. Title and risk
Title to the work passes to you on the later of (a) full payment and (b) collection from the gallery. Risk passes to you on collection.
6. Collection only
We do not deliver during the show except very locally. All works must be collected in person from the gallery during the exhibition. Please see our Shipping and Collection Policy for details.
7. Your right to cancel
You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for the procedure.
8. Faulty or misdescribed works
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, every work we sell must match its description and be of satisfactory quality. If a work falls short, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will put it right.
9. Copyright
The artist retains all copyright in their artwork. Buying the work gives you ownership of the physical object only. You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit the artwork without the artist’s separate written permission. You may take personal photographs of the work in your home or workplace.
10. Artist’s Resale Right
Original works of art sold for £1,000 or more by living artists, or artists who died within the last 70 years, may attract the Artist’s Resale Right under UK law on future resales. Our prices are inclusive of any first-sale ARR; future resales are a matter for you and any onward purchaser.
11. Our liability
We are not responsible for any business losses (loss of profit, business interruption, or business opportunity), as our works are intended for private, non-commercial use.
12. If we change these terms
If we need to change these terms we will publish the updated version on our website with a new "last updated" date. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
13. Privacy
How we use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any contract formed under them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales, except where you have a legal right to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
15. Contact
If you have any questions please email us at eyefeast@regentsparkgallery.com.
