1. Eligibility
Open internationally, to artists aged 18 and over.
Each artist may submit up to six works.
- All works must be original paintings, drawings, or original fine art prints (not digital prints), mixed media or photography created by the submitting artist, no AI.
- By entering the Open Call you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and the gallery rules and regulations.
2. Size and Presentation
- Maximum framed size 100cm x 100cm x 5cm.
- Most selected works are expected to be A3 or smaller.
- All works must be framed, with secure fittings as described in framing notes below. Plain white frames work well in the space.
3. Entry Fees
3.1 Entry fees are non-refundable and payable per artwork, details on submission form.
3.2 Fees must be paid in full at the time of submission. Unpaid entries will not be considered.
4. Artwork Sales
- All submitted works must be for sale exclusively through the gallery during the exhibition and on the gallery website for 3 months after closing date.
- Prices must be realistic ie at a level that the artist has sold similar work for previously, and include the gallery commission. The prices should match your sale prices on website, studio, and at art fairs, consistency builds trust and collector confidence.
- The gallery commission is 45% of selling price minus payment system transaction fee.
- Depending on levels of buyer interest the gallery may offer a potential buyer a reasonable discount to catalogue price in order to achieve a sale, without approval from artist except where possible to contact artist and artist responds immediately.
- Artist should invoice gallery prior to payment.
- Prices stated on the submission form are final and cannot be changed after submission, except by written agreement with the gallery.
- Artists will receive payment for sold works within 30 days of the exhibition’s closing date.
5. Submission and Selection
- All entries must be submitted via the official online form.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Late, damaged work or deliveries requesting any payment from the gallery will not be accepted.
Works which differ significantly from the images provided or have unsuitable frames may also be refused.
Artists are responsible for all transport, packaging, and insurance costs during transit and while the work is at the gallery.
For courier deliveries and collections, all delivery costs, customs duties and import charges must be prepaid by the artist. If you are shipping from abroad, please allow three weeks for delivery. International artists will be informed as soon as possible regarding selection.
Deliveries by post will be accepted provided they have been packaged well enough to arrive undamaged and all customs, duties and postage fully paid.
7. Collection of Works: Artists are responsible for collection of unsold works on the collection dates.

June 28th 15:00-18:00 - Artists must give gallery at least 48 hours’ notice for courier collections and ensure the packaging is provided.
- Works or belongings not collected by 18:00 on 28th June will be disposed of. The Gallery cannot provide storage.
8. Insurance and Liability
While every reasonable precaution will be taken, Regent’s Park Gallery accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to artworks, however caused, during transport, handling, storage, or exhibition.
Artists are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance for all stages of participation.
Artists and their guests attend the gallery at their own risk and agree to respect the gallery space, staff, fellow exhibitors and visitors.
9. Copyright and Promotion
Artists retain full copyright of their work.
By submitting images, artists grant Regent’s Park Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce images of their work for promotional and marketing purposes (including online, print, and press) in the UK and internationally.
The Gallery will make every effort to credit the artist whenever possible, but cannot guarantee credits by third parties (e.g. press).
10. Data Protection
Personal data provided by artists will be used solely for the administration of the Open Call and exhibition.
Information will not be shared with third parties except as required for exhibition administration, marketing or sales.
11. Withdrawal and Disqualification
Artists may withdraw their submission without refund only before the submission deadline by notifying Regent’s Park Gallery in writing.
The Gallery reserves the right to disqualify or remove works that breach these terms, even after selection.
Selected works may not be removed by the artist or buyer before the exhibition closes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Framing Notes:
All artworks must arrive ready to hang with Artist’s Name + Artwork Title written on the back.
- D Rings screwed in 4- 5cm down from the top of frame on both sides, with a hanging wire running between them.
- If the frame is wide enough please add a D ring in centre top of frame, as low on it as possible.
- Mirror plates are fine as long as turned inwards so not visible from front. Same position ie 4-5cm down from top. Plus side to side hanging wire.
- Please also attach hanging wires side to side.

• Maximum framed size:100cm x 100cm x 5cm
• White frames work well in the space (Ikea Rodalm is a budget option, the the crocodile teeth hangers on back are fine for up to A4 works) - If the frame doesn’t meet these requirements, we may not be able to hang it—even if it was previously accepted.
