Studied BA ceramics at Bath in 1993.
22 years teaching career in FE and HE, teaching a broad range of creative art subjects.
Recently completed MA at Ulan (formerly UCLan).
Interested in the democratic credential of ceramics and how it infiltrates every household.
My practice is positioned within the tradition of social commentary and commemoration. Common conventions within ceramics both historical and contemporary.
The stories I’m presently telling, explores etiquette and the social construct of good behavior through the lens of table manners.
